To support your growth, we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on the path to achieving your career aspirations. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will: * Assist external users of our technical products or services, identifying, investigating, researching, and providing resolution to user questions and problems. * Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products, using customer experience-focused approaches. * De-escalate customer concerns and follow appropriate escalation paths to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed. * Solve complex, unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills. * Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards. * Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures. * Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer. * Probe for understanding and provide effective solutions to customer issues. **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * One year of related technical experience, preferably with a working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair. * A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (BYOD). * Relevant technical expertise related to our program. * A courteous and strong customer service orientation. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. * Dependability and attention to detail. * Multi-tasking skills, including flexibility and adaptability. * Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision. * Patience and a pleasant, professional tone and manner in all customer contact situations. **What's in it for you?** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our people and providing a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
