Job Overview The Customer Service Traveling Test Center Manager serves as the face of arenaflex in test centers worldwide, playing a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences. As a key member of our Test Center team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our testing facilities, financial practices, personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of exam integrity. This 100% travel role offers a unique opportunity to support test centers in need of management assistance, drive turnarounds at underperforming locations, and train new managers to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities Ensure that facilities, operations, and performance at assigned test centers consistently meet arenaflex's standards and those of our testing clients. Plan and supervise staff schedules, including regular and temporary Test Center Administrators. Understand the impact of test center operating costs on arenaflex's key financial and business drivers and performance against corporate metrics. Educate staff on the rationale behind key performance levers for the business and coach them on how to efficiently achieve targets. Supervise security and verification procedures for test candidates, ensuring that identification and eligibility are confirmed correctly. Recruit, train, and develop new Test Center Administrators to excel in their roles. Review and approve timesheets and expenses for all staff, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide security at testing facilities, ensuring that all locks and security systems are properly used and maintained. Represent arenaflex with professionalism, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our policies, practices, and procedures. Resolve, report, or escalate candidate and/or building problems to the appropriate department or manager, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. Engage with property management to maintain a safe and comfortable testing environment, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and accessibility. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience being a plus. A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or restaurant environment. At least one year of management or supervisory experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate teams. Must be 18 years of age to qualify for this role. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a testing or assessment environment, with a deep understanding of the importance of exam integrity and security. Strong knowledge of basic technology, including the ability to resolve common issues and operate a range of technical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates. Physical Job Requirements This role requires: The ability to travel 100% of the time, often on short notice, and to be reasonably located near a major airport hub. The ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, with the capacity to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering exams. Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view the testing room through camera monitors while proctoring the exam. The ability to maintain computers in the lab and office setting, by physically maneuvering in tight spaces, while maintaining safety protocols.
