Responsibilities As a Customer Solutions Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
