Job Overview In this exciting and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research questions, problem-solve, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased business sales. Key Responsibilities Learn about arenaflex, including our history, products, and services, as well as our internal systems and processes Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about their orders Partner with other departments to support both customers and the company, using best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both within and outside the company Be flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow and evolve as a company Takes initiative and uses strategic thinking to ensure that arenaflex remains a leader in the online food service industry Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A desire to learn and grow, with an internal drive to succeed Ability to work on a team and independently, with a concern for helping others and doing the right thing by them Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with innovation and the ability to challenge the status quo A college education (preferred but not required) At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (preferred but not required) Cable or fiber internet connections, with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds A quiet and distraction-free work area, with access to a home router and modem Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English required Proficient typing abilities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of the foodservice industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
