Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that they have the most complete and up-to-date information about their orders.
