Your Role as a Customer Success Associate As a member of our Borrower Success Team, you will play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities Understanding blithequark's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, including our algorithm-based recommendations and federal loan programs Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving efficiency and innovation Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings, enhancing our product and services Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared purpose Recommended Experience and Qualifications We are seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. A strong passion for applying your talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue of our time is essential.
