As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a loyal customer base. **Role Summary** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to help grow a successful brand.
