Our product has been designed to help borrowers navigate the complex student loan landscape, and we're excited to share our story with you. **Your Role** As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you'll be part of our Borrower Success Team, working directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With training and hands-on experience, you'll quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. **Job Responsibilities** * Understand blithequark's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs * Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear communication * Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving growth and innovation * Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings * Collaborate with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission **Reporting Structure** This position will report to the Head of Borrower Success, who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure your success in this role. **Recommended Experience** We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support.
