About the Role As a Customer Success Executive specializing in RegTech and IDV solutions at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and support. Assist in the onboarding and training of clients on our RegTech and IDV solutions, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage our technologies to their fullest potential. Proactively monitor customer usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and support the adoption of new features and functionalities. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate technical matters to our expert teams when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations. Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Leads and Managers to develop and execute tailored client success strategies that meet the unique needs of each client. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer health metrics, preparing comprehensive reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and overall success with our solutions. Collect, analyze, and relay valuable customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of our RegTech and IDV solutions. Support contract renewal processes and identify opportunities for upselling, leveraging your deep understanding of our clients' needs and our solutions' capabilities to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards at blithequark. The ideal candidate will have: 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support, preferably within the RegTech, Compliance, or ID Verification (IDV) sectors. Deep knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, fraud detection methodologies, compliance requirements, and ID verification processes, allowing you to provide authoritative guidance to our clients. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills , with a customer-centric approach that prioritizes building trust, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Experience working with enterprise or fintech clients is highly desirable, as is the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong, effective relationships. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure aligned strategies and mutual support.
