Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all post-sales activities for our Digital Success customers, leveraging your product knowledge, planning, project management, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive positive outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business objectives, and your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be a key factor in our continued success. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Digital Success customers, providing high-touch and one-to-many support through various mediums, including phone, email, and webinars. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, making recommendations on how customers can utilize them to accelerate their business growth and achieve their objectives. Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies to drive customer success and articulate value realized for their businesses. Analyze customer data to create and execute targeted engagement strategies, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Proactively identify and flag churn risk, working collaboratively with other account team members to mitigate and ensure customer retention. Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants to provide seamless and effective customer engagements. Advocate for our customers, identifying trends and providing internal feedback on how arenaflex can better serve their needs and improve our overall customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission. These include: 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Customer Specialist in the high-growth SaaS industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Experience and proficiency with front-end web development libraries and frameworks, such as React, Node, and Next.js. A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums, with strong communication and writing skills. A strong initiative and positive attitude, with a collaborative mindset and capabilities that enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort with asynchronous work and the ability to navigate through ambiguity, with a strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Gainsight or Totango. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a understanding of how to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted engagement strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
