Key Responsibilities Ensure government partners fully adopt, use, and leverage the blithequark Smart City software, providing training and support as needed to maximize its potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with government staff and municipal leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for blithequark's solutions. Balance internal and external stakeholder expectations, ensuring that customer needs are met while also aligning with blithequark's business objectives. Analyze data and create visualizations to support decision-making, helping government partners to optimize their use of the Smart City software and achieve their goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to SaaS clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications Minimum 8 years of work experience, with a proven track record of success in account management or customer success roles. Experience within the sanitation industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing government partners in this sector. Tech-savvy, with experience in SaaS technology and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
