As an intern with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. Our internship program is designed to allow you the freedom to explore each department within our company and get real, hands-on experience with each member of our team. We are looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running. Taking on a large amount of responsibility, you will be an integral part of our operations for the duration of the internship. **Customer Success & Operations – Paid Internship** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Success & Operations team as a part-time remote paid intern. As a Customer Success & Operations intern, you will work directly with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with blithequark. Your responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries * Learning the ins and outs of our product, developing problem-solving skills, and honing your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand * Aiding in the operational efforts during the company's largest B2B renewal season * Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations **Key Responsibilities** * Work directly with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions * Develop problem-solving skills and hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand * Assist with operational efforts during the company's largest B2B renewal season * Gain direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations * Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program * Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process * Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required) * Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to quickly identify the source of and solution to a problem * Ability to understand our user's needs and communicate our value proposition **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of sales and marketing principles * Familiarity with sports technology and recruiting platforms * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with team members * Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Success & Operations intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment and develop valuable skills in customer success, sales, and operations.
