Together, we're shaping the future of behavioral health software and making it easier for clinicians to provide the best possible care to their patients. **Position Description** arenaflex is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Success Representative to join our team of dedicated software support representatives. As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our prospective and current customers manage their arenaflex accounts. You will guide psychologists, therapists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, and practice administrators through account set-up, complex support requests, and other challenges they may face with the arenaflex software. This is an exciting, fast-paced opportunity that involves daily interaction with customers as well as the entire arenaflex business team. Our growing team is located remotely and on-site in Horsham, PA. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * **Technical and Business Software Training**: Train customers on how to properly navigate and use the arenaflex software, educate customers about core software features, and help answer complex questions and support calls about specific arenaflex functions. * **Inbound Call and Email Support**: Monitor a high volume of support requests and provide support assistance to behavioral health professionals, practice administrators, medical billers, and patient appointment schedulers. * **Customer Support Documentation**: Maintain call and email database by logging support ticket information in multichannel customer support / help desk software applications. * **Be Accurate and Maintain High Standards**: Maintain high standards, attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness. * **Become Knowledgeable**: Maintain strong knowledge and a thorough understanding of arenaflex features and value adds. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **5+ years of experience working in customer service**: You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * **2+ years of experience working in a high-volume call center or phone support role**: You will have experience handling a high volume of support requests and providing assistance to customers in a timely and effective manner. * **2+ years of experience working remotely**: You will be comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience communicating effectively with team members and customers remotely. * **Experience with multichannel customer support / help desk software**: You will have experience using multichannel customer support / help desk software applications to manage support requests and provide assistance to customers. * **Excellent computer and technical problem-solving skills**: You will have strong computer skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: You will be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a clear and concise manner. * **Ability to exercise composure when operating under stressful situations**: You will be able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and provide assistance to customers in a timely and effective manner. * **Excellent time management skills**: You will be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and provide assistance to customers. * **Team player that carries their weight, has a willingness to grow and strives for excellence**: You will be a team player who is willing to learn and grow with the company and strives for excellence in all aspects of your work. * **Interest in working in an entrepreneurial, small to mid-sized business environment**: You will be interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary of $50,000/year, as well as a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
