About the Opportunity As a Customer Success Representative on our Customer Success team, you will bring your expertise in customer support and retention to help achieve critical revenue goals for blithequark. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales Leadership teams and own various customer-facing interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating highly satisfied and engaged customers, increasing customer retention, driving adoption, and driving referrals. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored support, and ensure they are getting the most out of our platform. Key Responsibilities Create highly satisfied and engaged customers through strategic engagement and support Increase customer retention by providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships Drive adoption of our platform by providing training, support, and guidance to customers Drive referrals by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services Collaborate with our Customer Success and Sales Leadership teams to develop and execute customer success strategies Own various customer-facing interactions, including onboarding, training, and support Identify and escalate customer issues to our technical support team as needed Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences Provide feedback and insights to our product and engineering teams to inform product development and improvement Essential Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously 2+ years of experience in a software support or customer success role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Series A/B experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-growing startup SaaS experience, with a strong understanding of the software as a service model and the importance of customer success in driving revenue growth Hubspot experience, with a strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of technical issues and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems Our Environment blithequark is a fully remote, global team with team members currently in the US, EU, and Canada.
