Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and providing product support in a professional and empathetic manner. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, and to resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner. Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, and to maintain a high level of productivity. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers, and to build long-lasting relationships. 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is required. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration. Previous experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently, and to manage time effectively. Experience with customer success platforms, and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, and to make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
