About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Specialist to join our team as the 3rd member of our customer success team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support and account servicing to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement effective customer success strategies, leveraging AI, automation, and data tools to drive results. Contribute to the development and scaling of our customer success foundation, helping to establish long-term support and servicing decisions that drive business growth. Identify and report bugs internally, working closely with our engineering team to resolve issues and improve our platform. Utilize SQL skills to analyze customer data, inform business decisions, and optimize customer success operations (bonus: proficiency in SQL is a plus). Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a professional customer support and/or account servicing role, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth consumer fintech startup. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Comfortable working in a high-intensity role with an ambitious workload, demonstrating the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering. Preferred Qualifications Early-stage startup experience, with a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to changing environments. Experience with AI, automation, and data tools, with a willingness to leverage these technologies to drive customer success operations. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyze customer data and inform business decisions. Experience interfacing with engineering teams, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
