Job Overview The role of a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) at blithequark is multifaceted and critical to our success. As the primary point of contact for our clients using our premier food ordering app, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your expertise and professionalism will not only resolve issues but also enhance our brand reputation and foster long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Provide comprehensive support through phone calls, addressing a wide range of customer queries and concerns. Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and privacy. Proactively support customers, anticipating their needs and offering solutions that exceed their expectations. Identify and escalate priority issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently. Work closely with the customer support team to improve service quality, share best practices, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include: Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Your ability to demonstrate customer service skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn will be key factors in your application. Language Proficiency: B2 level proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in Mandarin. Your language skills will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse customer base. Technical Skills: A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
