Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Process payments securely and handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Proactively support customers, identify potential issues, and escalate priority concerns to maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain and improve service quality by adhering to company standards, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing changes as needed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. At least 6 months of experience in customer support; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates can apply. B2 level proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading). Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service-oriented, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. A typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the food ordering or e-commerce industry. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support software and technology.
