You'll be the second point of contact for our first-responder clients, assisting them through the onboarding process and providing expert guidance on website construction, fundraising compliance, and content creation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our clients' success. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist clients in collecting content material to construct their website, including: + Gathering documents for fundraising compliance + Training customers on the general website construction process + Communicating with clients weekly on their construction progress + Displaying clients how to use exceptional build platforms to get high-quality content material + Assisting clients in researching suitable content material for superb PR on their website * Collaborate with our net crew to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes * Assist clients in utilizing Nep Connect custom fields for their membership * Hold quarterly calls with clients to provide updates and address any needs * Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration **Essential Qualifications** * 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry * Self-starter with a confident and independent work style * Proven track record of excellent customer service and relationship-building skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Fluency in English **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Monday Boards, Basecamp, Slack, and Zoom * Familiarity with website construction and content creation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience in a hybrid (in-office 2 days, remote 3) or fully remote work environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience in a hybrid (in-office 2 days, remote 3) or fully remote work environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
