Key Responsibilities As a Customer Supply Chain Partner at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations for select retail customers, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain, from production to delivery, are optimized for performance and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary supply chain contact for retail customers, providing expert guidance, support, and strategic alignment to meet their evolving needs. Leading performance reviews with customers to identify areas of improvement, implement corrective actions, and ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Managing business change communications to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with changes in supply chain operations, policies, or procedures. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams, to ensure that customer needs are integrated into our business strategies and operations. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, including their supply chain operations, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders to inform supply chain decisions and drive business growth. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Supply Chain Partner at blithequark, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to build strong relationships, drive business growth, and navigate complex supply chain operations. The essential requirements for this role include: Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery, including the ability to navigate complex logistics and transportation networks. Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Willingness to travel for site and customer visits, as required, to build relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
