You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, respond to customer inquiries, and provide prompt and friendly customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Agent – E-commerce Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information * Assisting customers in making informed decisions * Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively * Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Staying up-to-date with product and service information * Following up on customer interactions * Collaborating with the support team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Contract Length and Pay Rate** This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms.
