Your primary focus will be on analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform analysis of external data sources to inform business decisions and drive process improvements * Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and cross-functional teams * Identify areas for process enhancements and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness * Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless execution * Gather, analyze, and present data to inform business decisions and drive growth * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends * Lead and participate in project teams to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives * Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors **Deals Activities Group** The Deals Activities Group is responsible for driving all sales enablement initiatives, focusing on people, processes, and tools.
