Job Overview As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18-20 and the opportunity to join our team on a permanent basis. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and be an integral part of our customer-facing team. Key Responsibilities Handle phone and email customer service inquiries within our CRM system, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns. Utilize Excel for reporting, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and multiple email boxes to manage customer communications and data entry tasks. Key orders and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of our customer and sales data. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide informed and effective customer support. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a customer service representative or in a related support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn our CRM system and other software applications. Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Excellent typing skills and systems skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and manage multiple systems and applications. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of data entry best practices and quality control procedures. Experience with customer service metrics and performance monitoring.
