We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team, with a focus on Vendor Support Tasks (SSO) and fluency in the Spanish language. Job Overview The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between arenaflex and external merchants, providing email and phone support for their arenaflex business. This role has a direct and significant impact on the arenaflex customer experience, and the ideal candidate will be able to address ongoing system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Offer prompt and professional support to arenaflex merchants via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns. Assist merchants with technical issues related to inventory and order management, including the appropriate escalation of issues when necessary through the proper channels. Provide sales tax, compliance, and other relevant support to merchants, ensuring they are aware of and adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures. Meet and maintain outstanding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Effectively seek solutions through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, recognizing patterns and providing improvement ideas to enhance the overall customer support process. A Day in the Life A typical day as a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex will involve interacting with merchants via email and phone, addressing technical issues, and providing support and guidance on various aspects of their arenaflex business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of client personas in a fast-paced environment. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. B2 or above proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients. Experience in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services. Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience investigating technical systems with clients. Some knowledge of database tools and software applications. Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others. Proficiency in more than one language (German, French, Italian, or other languages).
