Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their technical issues, product usage questions, and other inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Support customers through live chat, email, and phone, addressing technical issues, product usage questions, and other inquiries Troubleshoot technical issues and log tickets with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution Collaborate with other teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure quality interactions and promote the voice of the customer Communicate daily with Tier 2 teams, Technical Teams, and Leadership to raise important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback Participate in support-related projects to utilize your unique skill set and improve our team Embody arenaflex's values and principles, demonstrating courage, accountability, and a customer-centric approach Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a SaaS environment, with experience in email, phone, and live chat Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with service indicators and using data to drive success Elevated verbal and written communication skills, with composure and patience Previous experience troubleshooting and supporting iOS, Android, and Windows platforms, as well as cloud-based software like Microsoft Suite and OneDrive A collaborative and consultative work style, with an elevated level of integrity and accountability Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a strong motivation to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the construction software industry or a related field Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM platforms Certifications or training in customer support, technical writing, or a related field Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and customer-centric approach Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
