As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email, phone, and our Hubspot support portal. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex problems, and educate our customer base about our platform.
