Essential Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role; experience working in a remote environment is preferred. Skills and Competencies Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and partners. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
