Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their problems. Support blithequark Partners: Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success. Document and Track Interactions: Use our CRM system to document and track customer interactions and issues, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to improve overall customer experience, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll need: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Proven Customer Support Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a related field or industry.
