As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission by delivering exceptional support to our users. **The Role** As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Approaching user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and ensuring that their concerns are fully heard * Gathering information from users to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments * Creating a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication * Assisting with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations * Showing up every day with a positive attitude and excited to help the team collectively reach its goals * Delivering exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions * Offering comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users * Assisting in facilitating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a flexible, optimistic, and proactive individual who is dedicated to finding solutions. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
