As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring positive customer interactions, and driving ongoing improvements in training and development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic global organization, develop your skills, and grow your career. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be based in El Paso, TX, for an initial 3-week onsite training period. Following this, you'll transition to remote support, working with our global team to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time (FTE) role, and we're looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for: * Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure exceptional client experiences * Ensuring positive customer experiences and high CSAT scores through first call resolution and proper escalation of complaints, Adverse Events, and submission of appropriate help desk tickets * Handling customer needs via phone, chat, email, and social media in accordance with program standards * Independently resolving issues within scope at the time of interaction * Participating in knowledge updates, training, coaching plans, and roundtables to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices * Reliably adhering to schedules provided by operations to ensure SLAs are met **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in CRM software and help desk systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a global organization or with international clients * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements * Experience with knowledge management systems and content creation * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CSM) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in CRM software and help desk systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
