With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and community building, we're shaping the future of caregiving. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the primary point of contact for careseekers navigating our online platform. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and engaging experience, from profile creation to caregiver matching, interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll management.
