Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and Dashers, and your prompt and professional responses will set the tone for their experience with blithequark. Address and resolve customer and Dasher issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our customers and Dashers have a seamless experience. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, which will help us identify areas for improvement and enhance our customer service. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers and Dashers receive the best possible service, and that we continuously improve our service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team. You will be an integral part of our continuous improvement process, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to help us enhance our customer service. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. While a degree is not required, we are looking for candidates with a strong educational background and relevant experience. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
