You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time, primarily phone-based contact center position, and you don't need a finance background to succeed in the role. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish rapport and show empathy with customers, making them feel valued and understood * Effectively use internal resources (e.g., computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships) to arrive at the right solution for the customer * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with perseverance to resolve issues and process transactions accurately * Define a problem clearly and raise concerns when necessary * Take initiative for acquiring the expertise and knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues * Assist customers with professionalism while following measurable business goals **The Expertise and Skills You Bring** * A degree or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
