Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services to customers via online chat Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and generate leads for our clients Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review purposes Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and follow-up Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure you have the latest information and insights to share with customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this regard A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of the automotive industry, including products, services, and trends Experience working with technology, including chat software, CRM systems, and other digital tools A strong desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and training Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with the training and development they need to succeed in their roles. As a new hire, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays through Saturdays between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This training will provide you with a comprehensive overview of our products, services, and systems, as well as the skills and knowledge you need to deliver exceptional customer service.
