Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, as well as those of our clients, to help customers make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive business growth for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are documented and followed up on Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help improve our services Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary – we're happy to train the right candidate.
