Job Overview As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences to our students worldwide. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to students across the globe, addressing issues and inquiries via chat, email, and phone Guide students through the enrollment, onboarding, up-sell, and return/refund process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience Multitask and problem-solve efficiently across technological platforms, troubleshooting issues and communicating potential solutions to customers and internal teams Collaborate with other Support Representatives to expand the support experience for each of our brands, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Assist in transitioning new brand information into the blithequark template and system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all brands Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the student experience, driving positive change and growth Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a customer-first mentality, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for candidates with: 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the technology or online learning space Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate even the most frustrated or confused customers A proven ability to problem-solve at a systemic level, thinking critically and creatively to drive meaningful change Access to high-speed internet and the ability to meet with coworkers via video chat, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team Essential Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively A customer-first mentality, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
