About the Role Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via live chat and email, resolving issues and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Continuously update your knowledge of our app's features and the broader Shopify ecosystem to deliver expert support and guidance to our customers Collect and summarize product feedback from merchants, using this insight to suggest innovative improvements and enhancements to our products Engage in various non-customer support related tasks, such as researching tools, crafting blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess superb written and verbal communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate complex technical concepts with ease. You should be comfortable working with basic CSS and JS and be willing to expand your technical expertise as needed. Additionally, you must be able to write clear and concise technical documentation and articles, and be open to performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our startup. Superb written and verbal communication skills A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and resolving their problems Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and poise Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed Ability and willingness to write technical documentation and articles Flexibility to perform non-customer support related tasks as needed Availability to ensure at least a 4-hour overlap with the GMT+7 9am-6pm time frame Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization, would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with B2B SaaS and proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, and Italian, would also be advantageous. Any other skills that could contribute to the success of a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing, would be welcome additions to your portfolio.
