About the Role As the first full-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to be trained directly by our founder, gaining in-depth knowledge of our platform and playing a pivotal role in shaping our customer support strategy. This is an exciting time to join arenaflex, as our platform is experiencing rapid growth, with a significant increase in support requests. Key Responsibilities Learn the intricacies of our software product to effectively answer support questions and provide solutions to our users. Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of our help center documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly. Test the product to identify any issues, reporting them to our development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform. Essential Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Fluent, native-like English skills, as you will be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English. Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and preferably online course platforms, which would be highly advantageous. A basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly in setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA records, is a significant plus. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A monthly salary of $300, which is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications. The opportunity to work as a freelancer, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Payment options include direct wire transfer if you have a freelancer company or via Upwork Direct contracts. 20 days of leave per year, allowing you to recharge and pursue your interests.
