Check emails twice daily, Monday through Friday, for approximately 30 minutes each time, to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries. Occasionally receive and handle phone calls from customers, estimated at about one to two calls per month. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent technical skills , with the ability to understand and navigate our web application with ease. Native English proficiency , as you will be communicating with customers primarily through email and occasional phone calls. Residence in North or South America , to ensure alignment with our customer base and operational requirements. A flexible and self-motivated approach , capable of working independently in a remote setting and managing your time effectively to meet the part-time schedule demands.
