What We Look for in a Candidate: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for video streaming, a customer-centric mindset, and a keen interest in providing outstanding support experiences. Here are some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for: Experience in streaming with arenaflex, or a similar video streaming platform, with a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of live video production. Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues and provide expert guidance to our users. Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences and a strong desire to continue growing and developing your skills in this area. Proficient in both verbal and written English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner. (An additional language, such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German, would be a plus, enabling you to support our diverse user base.) Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshworks, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly. Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously, with a strong focus on providing personalized support and ensuring that every user feels valued and supported. You are resourceful, flexible, and can hold yourself accountable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our users receive the best possible support. You are available to work assigned shift rotations as needed, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate the needs of our global user base.
