Job Overview We are seeking career-minded, client-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering top-tier customer support to join our team as a Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners, while navigating various systems to respond to questions and resolve issues.
