This is a home-based remote position, and you will be expected to work independently, using your own equipment and internet connection to access our systems and communicate with customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and helpful information about our healthcare plans, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and compassionate manner * Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers **Required Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a home-based remote environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Must live within 150 miles of Nashville, USA **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of healthcare plans and benefits * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams **Business Overview** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and compassion.
