You will work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone, via email, and in-person, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs. * Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, from initial contact to resolution. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service. * Utilize electronic programming devices to report customer interactions, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and communicated to the relevant teams. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care. This position has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** Regularly requires for the time being travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** Mostly spent sitting in an agreeable position and there is successive chance to move about. Every once in a while there might be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** Located in an agreeable indoor region.
