With a strong focus on employee development and well-being, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages our team members to thrive. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details pertaining to the work completed * Cross-training to assist with logistics and system support as needed * Assisting with screening and monitoring orders in the system * Assisting technicians with order closeouts * Handling internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on * Updating information through data entry * Running reports and updating trackers as needed * Assisting with logistics and system-related issues * Assisting with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers **What We Offer:** * A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential * Comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid premiums for Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program * Other benefits offered include: 401(k) with Company Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Critical Care, and Accident Insurance * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation * Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * 1 year of customer service experience preferred * Effective oral and written communication skills * Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions * Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily * Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency **Schedule:** * In-Person Training at our office located in Green Bay, WI; Monday - Friday; day shift * 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
