As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online orders, tracking, and deliveries. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position requires a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Determine customer needs and provide suitable solutions, including answering general product questions and resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner. Act as a liaison between arenaflex customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, response times, and resolution rates. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer support experience is highly desirable, with a focus on phone and chat support. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and split days off. Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, with excellent writing and grammar skills. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English.
