Job Overview We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to work on a part-time basis, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions in a friendly and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers, providing timely and effective support Determine customer needs and offer suitable solutions, including answering product questions and resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns Act as a liaison between customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Use multiple computer programs simultaneously on different screens while on the phone or responding to chats Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a positive experience for all customers Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Past customer support experience is an asset, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure Proficient in computer applications, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off E-commerce customer service specialist certification is an asset, but not required Preferred Qualifications Strong background in customer support, with a proven track record of providing excellent service Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them efficiently Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is an asset Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
