As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to program members, addressing their health plan information and premium details concerns. Key Responsibilities: Handle High-Volume Inbound Calls: Respond to a large number of calls from health insurance members, providing accurate and timely information about their health plans and premium details. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that every interaction with program members is positive, professional, and courteous, resolving their concerns and addressing their questions. Utilize Computer Systems and Software: Leverage intermediate computer skills to access and manage program information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in responding to member inquiries. Maintain Confidentiality and Data Security: Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols, protecting sensitive member information and maintaining the integrity of program data. Collaborate with Colleagues and Management: Work closely with team members and management to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence in customer support. Requirements and Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a face-to-face, call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-engaging environment. Intermediate Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in using computer systems, software, and applications, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with program members, colleagues, and management, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Florida Residency: Must be a resident of Florida to be eligible for this remote position. Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm EST.
