Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication strategies. Process orders, returns, and handle customer service claims with attention to detail and accuracy. Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Essential Qualifications: Access to a device with internet capability (smartphone, tablet, laptop). Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Available to work 5+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. Strong multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
