Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies. Provide exceptional customer service , resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, and escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively , handling multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality standards. Utilize computer systems and CRM software to efficiently manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to inform service improvements. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree preferred. Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industries. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively , with a high level of organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of health insurance or related industries , with a basic understanding of healthcare products and services.
