As a remote employee, you will be part of a global team that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Helping members troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the Live platform and providing actionable tips to resolve the problem. * Representing the client in IDI & Focus Group Waiting rooms and proactively confirming member qualification and device functionality prior to interviews. * Following communication and security procedures, guidelines, and policies, including all known PI procedures. * Moderating incoming Qualitative Research Responses based on Commercial team requests and general platform quality support needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, procedures, and customer experience. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time. **Qualifications** To succeed as an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need: * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands. * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Self-starting professional with a positive attitude, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. * Empathetic communicator with the ability to understand and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. * Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Drive, with experience in Salesforce and/or Zendesk a plus. **Benefits** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Generous health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401K plan that vests immediately. * A friendly, fun, and collaborative work environment that allows for frequent exposure to executives and opportunities for growth and development. * The opportunity to make an immediate impact as a part of a fast-growing company, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee success. * A competitive target base compensation of $45,000 - $69,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will be part of a global team that values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration.
